RAIDERS ATHLETICS REGISTRATION

Please follow the directions below for how to register your student to be eligible to participate in athletics. Students may not participate without completed registration. Thanks.

Visit www.athleticclearance.com and choose Florida.
Watch the quick tutorial video, if necessary.
PARENTS: Register with a valid email username and password. You will be asked to type in a code to verify you are human, your account will not activate unless you do this.
Login using your email address that you registered with.
Select ‘New Clearance’ to start the process.
Choose the school year ‘2018-2019’ School ‘Rickards’ and Sport ‘___’.
Complete all required fields for Student Information, Educational History, Medical History, and Signature Forms.
Once you have reached the Confirmation Message you have completed the process.
If you would like to register for additional sports you may check off those sports below the Confirmation Message. Electronic signatures will be applied to the additional sports.
All of this data will be electronically filed with your school’s athletic department for review. When the student has been cleared for participation, an email notification will be sent.

NOTE: ALL EL2 FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE HEAD COACH, KATRINA MENDOZA, HEAD ATHLETIC TRAINER OR EARL HANKERSON, ATHLETIC DIRECTOR. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO SCAN OR UPLOAD THE EL2,

WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT PROCESS.
